National and International Scholarship Advising is located in the Univeristy Honors Program office and serves undergraduates and recent graduates from all colleges at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities (Honors and non-Honors). Our staff is available to help you:

• assess your scholarship potential
• identify scholarships pertinent to your interests and goals
• understand the details of the application process
• learn about the nomination process for some scholarships
• write an effective personal statement
• request letters of recommendation
• pursue a challenging academic program
• find appropriate co-curricular, community service, and leadership activities
• define your long-term goals
• prepare for campus and finalist interviews
• maintain balance and perspective in your life while competing for a scholarship
• learn as much as you can from the application process
