Sally Lieberman, Associate Director for National and International Scholarships

Sally has been helping U students to apply for (and win!) national and international scholarships since 1996. A lifelong Minneapolitan, Sally holds a BA in history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Ph.D. in Chinese literature from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.

Richard Parks, Administrative Fellow

Richard Parks is a Ph.D. candidate in the History of Medicine. A graduate of New York University and Tulane School of Law, he was a Fulbright Scholar to Tunisia in 2007-08. His office hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30-12:30.
