The Astronaut Scholarship Foundation awards scholarships of up to $15,000 to students from select institutions, including the U of M-Twin Cities, who show exceptional promise for research-oriented careers in the natural or applied sciences, engineering, or mathematics. The University will put forward up to four candidates for the 2023 Astronaut Scholarships, with the expectation that up to two may be selected as Scholars.
