The Honors Mentor Program strives to support incoming students through their first semester in the University Honors Program and to provide leadership experience to UHP students in their sophomore, junior, and senior years. The program allows incoming UHP students to learn about programming and events organically throughout their first year as an Honors student, and form supportive student relationships through their connections with a UHP student mentor. By participating in this program, both mentors and mentees will be able to learn about leadership and involvement opportunities in UHP, form lasting relationships with other Honors students, and develop skills to help them navigate their journey as a UHP student.

If you have any questions about the Honors Mentor Program, you can contact us at [email protected]

"I was able to connect with a newly made friend and learn more about her experience at the U and her thoughts and experiences with the Honors program. I was able to learn more about what honors classes to take and how they might make an influence in my academic career."
